SECTION 6B. Each Head Coach and Cheerleading Advisor at the High School level shall be reimbursed for expenses incurred by him/her in the course of his/her employment up to a maximum of two hundred fifty dollars ($250.00) per sport per season. Each Assistant Coach, Cheerleader Advisor, Middle School Coach, and Alternative School Coach shall be reimbursed up to a maximum of one hundred fifty dollars ($150.00) per sport, per season. The Director of Sports shall be reimbursed for expenses incurred by him/her in the course of his/her employment up to two hundred fifty dollars ($250.00) per season.

  • Section 14 (a) Upon timely request, the Department of Administrative Services shall make available at no cost to the Union the latest copy of any SEIU Local 503, OPEU bargaining unit employee statistical and expenditure reports relative to employment and benefits currently produced by the Department of Administrative Services which do not require manual or machine editing to remove confidential data or non-SEIU Local 503, OPEU bargaining unit employee data. Such request must be made in advance of the preparation of the reports.
