Section 6.9. Callback Pay. 2 Drivers shall receive a minimum of two (2) hours pay at the appropriate rate for each callback. A 3 callback is defined as any work required by the District other than the normal work shift and workday, 4 noncontinuous with the normal work shift or workday and which occurs after the last contracted route 5 of the day. Noncontinuous is defined as any time beginning thirty (30) minutes or more from the end 6 of the last contracted route of the day. A callback, which occurs less than thirty (30) minutes from the 7 end of the last contracted route of the day will be considered a continuation of that route and shall 8 receive a one (1) hour pay minimum.
