Common use of Section 6.4.3 Clause in Contracts

Section 6.4.3. If an employee is assigned a trip on a non-school day and arrives at the trip for departure, the 17 employee will be paid a minimum of two (2) hours of pay if the employee has not been notified 18 of the cancelation of the trip.
