Common use of Section 6.4.1 Clause in Contracts

Section 6.4.1. 44 For extra trips, the drivers will select trips, again based upon seniority. A list of all trips each 45 month will be created and the senior driver will make a selection followed by the next most 46 senior driver and so on. When possible all drivers holding positions in other classifications 47 shall sign up for trips that create the least amount of disruption in their daily schedule. Should 1 regular drivers not be available a substitute may be used. Any trips that are not selected will be 2 assigned based upon a reverse order of seniority.
