Section 6.4.1. 43 Employees required by their supervisor to work through their regular lunch periods will be given 44 time to eat at a time designated by the supervisor. In the event the District requires an employee to 45 forego his/her lunch period, and the employee works his/her entire shift including the lunch 46 period, he/she will be compensated for the foregone lunch period. The alternative lunch period 47 will not be more than one (1) hour before or after the regularly scheduled lunch period.
