Section 5.3.3. Except in cases of emergency, shift and/or workweek change shall be accomplished on the 8 "weekend" (during or immediately after those consecutive days of rest).
Section 5.3.3. 18 The Union may use the District’s internal mail distribution system (hard copy and electronic, 20 requirements of the “No Strike Clause.” Further, such distribution shall not violate U.S. Postal 21 regulations, nor shall it be used to avoid required postage costs. The Union shall not use the 22 District mail system to distribute or obtain information regarding political candidates or issues 24 misuse the system, it will hold harmless the District and promptly rectify such misuse or the 25 District may cancel the Union’s right to use the system.
