Common use of Section 513 Clause in Contracts

Section 513. Notices. To the extent that a notice or other communication to the Holders is required under this Trust Agreement, for so long as Preferred Securities are represented by a Global Preferred Securities Certificate, the Trustees shall give all such notices and communications specified herein to be given to the Clearing Agency, and shall have no obligation to provide notice to the owners of the beneficial interest in the Global Preferred Securities.
