Section 5 – Certification Pay. 4 Upon written request, nurses who obtain and maintain a nationally recognized certification 5 associated with their primary assigned unit, shall receive an additional one dollar and fifty 6 cents ($1.50 00) per hour premium added to the nurse’s straight time hourly rate of pay.
