Section 4.9.1 Sample Clauses

Section 4.9.1. 15 The responsibility for the prompt removal of notices from the bulletin boards after they have 16 served their purpose shall rest with the individual who posted such notices.
Section 4.9.1. 34 The Union may use the District’s internal mail distribution system (hard copy and electronic, 35 including email and voicemail) to circulate routine information to its members. Further, such 36 distribution shall not violate U.S. Postal regulations, nor shall it be used to avoid required 37 postage costs. The Union shall not use the District mail system to distribute or obtain 38 information regarding political candidates or issues which are a part of any public election. Use 39 of the District’s email system will be in accordance with the District’s policy and procedures 40 for access to the network and use of electronic communications.
Section 4.9.1. 19 As designated by the KAEOP Chapter President, such designees shall be provided release time 20 for KAEOP to hold a bargaining unit employee orientation coinciding with the District’s health 21 insurance benefit fair(s), in addition to new employee orientation sessions. 25 A R T I C L E V 26 27 APPROPRIATE MATTERS FOR CONSULTATION AND NEGOTIATION 28 29 Section 5.1. 30 Pursuant to Chapter 41.56.100.et.seq., RCW, Public Employees Collective Bargaining Act, the District 31 and the Association agree to meet at reasonable times, to confer and negotiate in good faith, and to 32 execute a written agreement regarding matters appropriate for negotiations which shall relate to salaries, 33 hours, working conditions, and grievance procedures, except that by such obligation neither party shall 34 be compelled to agree to a proposal or be required to make a concession, unless otherwise provided in 35 RCW 41.56.100.
Section 4.9.1. 26 The district administrative offices are designed as the official job-posting center. During the 27 summer months, job announcements shall be posted for no less than two (2) weeks to allow 28 ample opportunity for all employees to review these postings. The district job website address 29 shall be posted on all official bulletin boards. 31 For the purposes of this section only, with regard to position postings -- summer months are 32 defined as: The first (1st) Monday after the release of school to one (1) week prior to the first 33 (1st) official day of school.
