Common use of Section 4.1 Clause in Contracts

Section 4.1. 47 The Association has the right and responsibility to represent the interests of all employees in the unit, 48 to present its views to the District on matters of concern either orally or in writing, and to enter 1 collective negotiations with the object of reaching an agreement applicable to all employees within the 2 bargaining unit.

Section 4.1. 47 37 The Association has the right and responsibility to represent the interests of all employees in the unit, 48 ; 38 to present its views to the District on matters of concern concern, either orally or in writing; to consult or to be 39 consulted with respect to the formulation, development, and implementation of industrial relations 40 matters and practices which are within the authority of the District; and to enter 1 collective negotiations 41 with the object of reaching an agreement applicable to all employees within the 2 bargaining unitunits.

Section 4.1. 47 16 The Association has the right and responsibility to represent the interests of all employees in the 17 bargaining unit, 48 ; to present its their views to the District on matters of concern concern, either orally or in writing, ; 18 and to enter 1 collective negotiations with the object of reaching an agreement applicable to all 19 employees within the 2 bargaining unit.. 20

Section 4.1. 47 The Association has the right and responsibility to represent the interests of all employees in 44 the bargaining unit, 48 to present its views to the District on matters of concern concerns either orally or in writing, writing to the District with respect to 45 grievance procedures and to enter 1 collective negotiations with the object of reaching an agreement applicable to all employees within the 2 bargaining uniton personnel matters, including wages, hours and 46 working conditions.

Section 4.1. 47 16 The Association has the right and responsibility to represent the interests of all employees in the unit, 48 17 to present its views to the District on matters of concern either orally or in writing, and to enter 1 18 collective negotiations with the object of reaching an agreement applicable to all employees within the 2 19 bargaining unit. The Association shall be consulted with respect to the manner and method of any 20 reduction in force because of lack of work or other legitimate reasons.
