Section 3.4.1. Evaluations. 2 An employee is evaluated on job performance within the classification, therefore, any 3 evaluation must relate to the job description in that classification. Any changes in the job 4 description must be made in accordance with paragraph one (1) of this section. 6 All regular employees will be evaluated by a building administrator or program director 7 (Custodial, Maintenance, Nutrition Services, Security, Health Services, Transportation, 8 Paraeducators, Secretarial/Clerical, ECEAP) on an annual basis no later than June 1 of each 9 calendar year. Two-hundred and sixty (260) day employees will receive their evaluation no 10 later than July 1 of each calendar year. The evaluation will be discussed with the employee at 11 the end of the evaluating period. The evaluators may seek input from appropriate personnel.
