Common use of Section 3.15 Clause in Contracts

Section 3.15. 29 Employees who have accrued sick leave while employed with a public school district, educational 30 agency, or institute of higher learning in the State of Washington shall be given credit for such accrued 31 sick leave upon employment with the District.
