Section 30 Notice. 30.1 Unless specifically directed otherwise in the Agreement, whenever written notice is required by this Agreement, it must be delivered to address indicated below by: 30.1.1 Certified mail, Postage Pre-Paid, Return Receipt Requested; 30.1.2 Hand Delivery; 30.1.3 Commercial overnight delivery service such as Federal Express or United Parcel Service; or
