Section  3 Computations. Unless otherwise expressly set forth herein, any accruedall computations of interest on any Loan, any Fees or any other Obligations due hereunder shall be computed for Base Rate Loans shall be made on the basis of a year of 360365 or 366 days and, as the case may be, and actual number of days elapsed. All other computations of fees and interest provided hereunder shall be made on the basis of a 360-day year and actual days elapsed.
