Common use of Section 2(b) Clause in Contracts

Section 2(b). The Hospital will provide and maintain all personal protective equipment as outlined by the Center for Disease Control, OSHA, and any applicable governmental regulatory agency. Appropriate personal protective equipment will be provided upon request. The first clinical supervisor who receives any such requests will provide the requested PPE in a reasonable period of time prior to patient care.
