Common use of Section 2(b) Clause in Contracts

Section 2(b). Any teacher who voluntarily separates from an extra-curricular compensatory activity after the first day of school, and before the conclusion of the activity without good cause, need not be considered for appointment to any extra- curricular compensatory activity for a period of three (3) academic years.
