Common use of Section 24.2 Clause in Contracts

Section 24.2. 15 Salaries contained in Schedule A shall be for the entire term of this agreement, subject to the terms and 16 conditions of Section 26.3. Should the date of execution of this agreement be subsequent to the 17 effective date, salaries, including overtime, shall be retroactive to the effective date.
