Section 2220 Clause Samples
Section 2220. Reserved Timber. Reserved Timber is that timber, including trees, Snags, and logs, on the Timber Sale Area which is not sold to PURCHASER. Reserved Timber shall not be damaged, cut, or removed by PURCHASER, unless otherwise approved in writing by STATE. Failure to leave the required Reserved Timber shall be handled as described in Section 2260, “Reserved Timber - Damages.” Section 2230. Reserved Timber - Down Material.
Section 2220. Reserved Timber. This is timber that will not be harvested under this Agreement. It includes all timber that is 5” dbh and less that is unmarked and all timber that is orange marked. It also includes all timber otherwise excluded from harvest under this Contract. Reserved Timber includes Reserved Timber- Down Material, Reserved Timber - Trees and Snags, Reserved Timber – Boundary Trees, and other Reserved Timber under this Contract. Reserved Timber shall not be damaged, cut, or removed by PURCHASER, unless STATE gives prior written approval.
