Section 22.10. 2 Employees shall be eligible for a longevity stipend after five (5), ten (10), fifteen (15), and twenty (20) 3 continuous years of regular employment with the Toutle Lake School District or, in accordance with 4 RCW 28A.400.300 and Section 16.2, in a similar position previously held in any school district 5 within the State of Washington at a rate listed in Schedule A. Time spent on a leave of absence will 6 not count for longevity. For employees who will be advancing to the 5th, 10th, 15th or 20th year of 7 employment between September and January of the current school year, the stipend will be awarded 8 September 1 of that year. Employees who advance between February and August, will receive their 9 stipend September 1 of the following school year.

Section 22.10. Designated Timber. Designated Timber is timber that shall be harvested under this Contract. It includes both unmarked timber greater than 5” dbh and timber that is blue marked so long as the unmarked or blue marked timber is located in the Timber Harvest Area and so long as such timber is not otherwise excluded from harvest under this Contract. In accordance with Section 1020, "Sale of Timber," the following is Designated Timber—except as excluded by Sections 2220 through 2250, “Reserved Timber,” or as otherwise excluded from harvest under this Contract—and may be removed by PURCHASER in accordance with the terms and conditions of this Contract, including the following:
