Common use of Section 21.2 Clause in Contracts

Section 21.2. 15 Salaries contained in Schedule A shall be for the appropriate fiscal year and shall be retroactive to 16 September 1, including overtime. 18 Section 21.3. 19 Retroactive pay, where applicable, shall be paid on the first regular payday following execution of this 20 agreement.
