Section 19.8. 20 The District agrees that notice of principal requests for statutory or regulatory waivers made pursuant 21 to the provisions of RCW 28A.320 as amended by E2SHB 1303 will be provided to the union. 22 Normally, the union will receive such notice prior to District action to obtain classified employee 23 commitment to cooperate in implementing the waiver; but in no case will the union receive the notice 24 later than two weeks prior to the first consideration of such waiver request by the District’s board of
