Section 19.7. 3632 Florida Statutes, provides that special assessments of non-ad valorem taxes levied by the City may be included in the assessment rolls of the County and collected in conjunction with ad valorem taxes as assessed by the Property Appraiser. Pursuant to that option, the Property Appraiser and the City shall enter into an agreement providing for reimbursement to the Property Appraiser of administrative costs, including costs of inception and maintenance, incurred as a result of such inclusion.

Section 19.7. Whenever a Borrower desires that a Letter of Credit be issued for its account or amended, such Borrower or the Parent Borrower shall give the Administrative Agent and the Letter of Credit Issuer a Letter of Credit Request by no later than 1:00 p.m. (New York City time) at least four Business Days (or such other period as may be agreed upon by the applicable Borrower or the Parent Borrower, the Administrative Agent and the Letter of Credit Issuer) prior to the proposed date of issuance or amendment.
