Common use of Section 18 Clause in Contracts

Section 18. 02. Employees who have changed classification or new employees who have been hired 44 prior to March 1 of each year shall be entitled to an incremental raise on September 1 for experience 45 as shown in the salary schedule.

Section 18. 02. Employees who have changed classification or new employees who have been hired 44 20 prior to March 1 of each year shall be entitled to an incremental raise on September 1 for experience 45 21 as shown in the salary schedule.
