Common use of Section 17.1.3 Clause in Contracts

Section 17.1.3. 33 Safety meetings and required staff meetings not involving imposition of discipline (e.g., 34 investigative meetings with administration, meetings with parents, informational meetings with 35 administrative staff) shall be compensated at the regular hourly rate.
