Common use of Section 16.2.2 Clause in Contracts

Section 16.2.2. 47 Bargaining unit members hired as a substitute for employees on leave (other than a leave of 48 absence, Section 9.6) shall be compensated at the first step of the higher classification.

Section 16.2.2. 47 22 Bargaining unit members employees hired as a substitute for employees on leave (other than a leave of 48 23 absence, Section 9.69.7) shall be compensated at the first (1st) step of the higher classification.
