Executive represents and warrants to Company that all reportable transactions under Section 16 of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934, as amended, and the rules and regulations promulgated pursuant thereto, through the date hereof have been reported and agrees to notify the General Counsel of the Company of any reportable transactions from the date hereof through the six month anniversary of the Effective Date.
