Section 14.9. 43. If a request to review an employee's personnel file is made, the member shall be notified. Any bargaining unit member examining their own personnel f i l e has reason to believe that there are inaccuracies in documents contained therein, may write a memorandum to the Employer explaining the alleged inaccuracy. If the Employer concurs with the member's contentions, the faulty document shall be removed from the personnel file. If the Employer does not concur with the contentions of the member, the Employer will attach the member's written memorandum to the document in the file.
