Section 14.6.1. 21 Pursuant to HB 1575, PSE is the exclusive custodian of membership records . If there are any 22 errors in the dues collection because of information provided or not provided by PSE, PSE is 23 entirely liable.
Section 14.6.1. The Association agrees to reimburse any employee from whose pay dues were deducted in 44 excess of the total amount due to the Association, at that time, provided the Association or its 45 affiliate actually received the excessive amount.
Section 14.6.1. 26 The District will notify the PSE State office membership department of any changes in 27 membership within 10 workdays of that change, including those who are hired, rehired, 28 reinstated, transferred into or out of the bargaining unit, reclassified, promoted, placed on 29 leaves of absence of any type including disability, or changes from their current job 30 classification.

If there 23 are any errors in the dues collection because of information provided or not provided by 24 PSE/SEIU 1948, PSE/SEIU 1948 is entirely liable. 27 The District will provide PSE/SEIU 1948 reasonable access to new employees of the bargaining unit for 28 the presenting information about PSE/SEIU 1948 to the new employee. “Reasonable access” for the 29 purposes of this Section means the access to the new employee occurs within one (1) month of the 30 employee’s start date within the bargaining unit; the access is for no less than thirty (30) minutes; and the 31 access occurs during the new employee’s regular work hours at the employee’s regular worksite, or at a 32 location mutually agreed to by the District and PSE/SEIU 1948.
