Section 14.3.2 Clause Samples

Section 14.3.2. 33 Employees attending training courses or seminars requested by the employee and approved by 34 the District will suffer no loss of regular salary, if the course requires them to attend on their 35 regular school employee time however no salary payment will be made for any time the 36 employee would not have regularly worked.

Section 14.3.2. 34 Employees attending training courses or seminars requested by the employee and approved by 35 MSD will suffer no loss of regular salary, if the course requires them to attend on their regular 36 school employee time however no salary payment will be made for any time the employee would 37 not have regularly worked. 38

Section 14.3.2 contained herein shall be construed to prevent the District from discharging an 11 employee for acts of misconduct occurring after the expiration of the school year.
