Section 13.2.4.1 Sample Clauses

Section 13.2.4.1. 2 Within ten (10) work days after such arbitration request, the parties will attempt to 3 agree upon a mutually acceptable arbitrator and to obtain commitment from such 4 arbitrator to serve. If the parties are unable to agree upon an arbitrator or to obtain such 5 a commitment within the ten (10) work day period, a request for a list of arbitrators may 6 be made to the American Arbitration Association by either party. The arbitrator will be 7 selected under the rules of the American Arbitration Association.
