Section 1282. 2 Each probationary employee shall be required to remain in his or her original position of hire 3 for the entire probationary period. However, probationary employees may apply for any 4 additional hours at their worksite, if available and that can be incorporated into their original 5 hours, in accordance with the seniority provisions of the Collective Bargaining Agreement. In 6 the event a probationary employee’s hours are significantly reduced, that employee may 7 request the option to bid on any open position to finish out their probationary term.
