Section 12.6.5. 12 Subject to the limitations expressed in Section 12.6. on availability and Section 12.6.3. for 13 leave replacement positions, a new or open position will be available for all drivers based upon 14 seniority and qualifications. One (1) driver may fill any position regardless of time gained, 15 time lost, or equal time. Any positions after the first move must have an increase of time of 16 fifteen (15) minutes or more.
