Section 125 Provisions. Provisions of Section 125 of the Internal Revenue Code (Cafeteria Plan) shall be implemented and offered to all teachers. Tax benefits offered will include: 1. Teacher Paid Premiums for insurance programs. 2. Unreimbursed Medical Care. 3. Dependent Care 4. Program administrative costs. The administrative costs of these programs shall be paid by the teacher.
