Section 11.7.1. 18 The employee with the earliest hire date shall have preferential rights regarding layoff, subject 19 to conditions of Section 11.7. (above).
Section 11.7.1. 24 After satisfying Section 12.1 members shall have consideration to new or open positions by 25 seniority.
