Common use of Section 1110 Clause in Contracts

Section 1110. It is the intention of the parties hereto that the Lease, to the fullest extent available under applicable law, entitles Lessor to the benefits of Section 1110 with respect to the Aircraft. In the furtherance of the forgoing, the parties hereby confirm that the Lease is to be treated as a lease for U.S. federal income tax purposes. Nothing contained in this paragraph shall be construed to limit Lessee’s use and operation of the Aircraft under the Lease or constitute a representation or warranty by any party as to tax consequences.
