Common use of Section 1110 of Bankruptcy Code Clause in Contracts

Section 1110 of Bankruptcy Code. It is the intention of each of Lessee and Lessor that Lessor (and the Indenture Trustee as secured party and as assignee of Lessor under the Trust Indenture) shall be entitled to the benefits of Section 1110 of the Bankruptcy Code with respect to the right to take possession of the Aircraft, Airframe, Engines and Parts as provided in this Lease.

Section 1110 of Bankruptcy Code. It is the intention of each of Lessee and Lessor that Lessor (and the Indenture Trustee as secured party and as assignee of Lessor under the Trust Indenture) shall be entitled to the benefits of Section 1110 of the Bankruptcy Code with respect to the right to take possession of the Aircraft, Airframe, Engines and Parts Parts, and to enforce any other of its rights and remedies as provided in this Lease.
