Common use of Section 1110 Compliance Clause in Contracts

Section 1110 Compliance. Notwithstanding any provision herein or elsewhere contained to the contrary, it is understood and agreed among the parties hereto that the transactions contemplated by this Agreement and the other Operative Agreements are expressly intended to be, shall be and should be construed so as to be, entitled to the full benefits of Section 1110 of the Bankruptcy Code from time to time with respect to the right to repossess the Airframe, the Engines and any Parts as provided herein, and in any circumstances where more than one construction of the terms and conditions of this Agreement is possible, a construction which would preserve such benefits shall control over any construction which would not preserve such benefits or would render them doubtful.
