Common use of Section 1110 Compliance Clause in Contracts

Section 1110 Compliance. Notwithstanding any provision herein or elsewhere contained to the contrary, it is understood and agreed among the parties hereto that the transactions contemplated by this Credit Agreement, and the other Operative Documents are expressly intended to be, shall be and should be construed so as to be, entitled to the full benefits of 11 U.S.C. Section 1110, as amended from time to time, and any successor provision thereto.
