Common use of Section 10.6.2 Clause in Contracts

Section 10.6.2. 40 All vacancies within the bargaining unit shall be posted in the workplace for five (5) working 41 days prior to the closing of the acceptance of applications. Applications will be reviewed, and a 42 response given to the applicant within ten (10) working days.

Section 10.6.2. 40 23 All vacancies within the bargaining unit shall be posted in the workplace work place for five (5) 24 working 41 days prior to the closing of the acceptance of applications. Applications will be reviewed, 25 reviewed and a 42 response given to the applicant within ten (10) working days.

Section 10.6.2. 40 39 All vacancies within the bargaining unit shall be posted in the workplace work place for five (5) working 41 40 days prior to the closing of the acceptance of applications. Applications will be reviewed, reviewed and a 42 41 response given to the applicant within ten (10) working days.
