Secretary of State The Secretary of State of the State of Delaware.
Voter Registration: When designated by the Secretary of State Party agrees to become a voter registration agency as defined by 17 V.S.A. §2103 (41), and to comply with the requirements of state and federal law pertaining to such agencies.
The Commission 1. The Contracting Parties hereby establish within the framework of the Food and Agriculture Organization of the United Nations (hereinafter referred to as "the Organization") a Commission to be known as the General Fisheries Commission for the Mediterranean (hereinafter referred to as "the Commission"), for the purpose of exercising the functions and discharging the responsibilities set forth in Article III below.

Tenant warrants that it has had no dealings with any other real estate broker or agent in connection with the negotiation of this Lease, and Tenant agrees to indemnify and hold Landlord harmless from any cost, expense or liability (including reasonable attorneys' fees) for any compensation, commissions or charges claimed by any other real estate broker or agent employed or claiming to represent or to have been employed by Tenant in connection with the negotiation of this Lease. The foregoing agreement shall survive the termination of this Lease. If Tenant fails to take possession of the Premises or if this Lease otherwise terminates prior to the Expiration Date as the result of failure of performance by Tenant, Landlord shall be entitled to recover from Tenant the unamortized portion of any brokerage commission funded by Landlord in addition to any other damages to which Landlord may be entitled.
REGISTRATION WITH THE SECRETARY OF STATE Any business intending to transact business in Montana must register with the Secretary of State. Businesses that are incorporated in another state or country, but which are conducting activity in Montana, must determine whether they are transacting business in Montana in accordance with 35-1-1026 and 35-8-1001, MCA. Such businesses may want to obtain the guidance of their attorney or accountant to determine whether their activity is considered transacting business. If businesses determine that they are transacting business in Montana, they must register with the Secretary of State and obtain a certificate of authority to demonstrate that they are in good standing in Montana. Payment of Commission 7 (1) The Company may exercise the power to make payments by way of brokerage or commission conferred by the Law in the manner provided by the Law.
