Common use of Second Violation Clause in Contracts

Second Violation. The Department will initiate debarment proceedings against the Contractor or Subcontractor. Once final, the Contractor or Subcontractor will be debarred from public work for 30 days. Once final, these proceedings will prevent the Contractor or Subcontractor from submitting a bid or being awarded a contract or subcontract on a public work contract in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania (including School District public works contracts) for 30 calendar days from the date of debarment.
