Common use of Second Supplemental Term Loan Clause in Contracts

Second Supplemental Term Loan. Borrower shall make monthly payments of interest only on the Second Supplemental Term Loan commencing on the first Interest Payment Date during the Second Supplemental Term Loan Interest-Only Period. Commencing on the Second Supplemental Term Loan Amortization Commencement Date, Borrower shall make payments of interest and equal monthly payments of principal which would fully amortize the outstanding Second Supplemental Term Loan as of the Second Supplemental Term Loan Amortization Commencement Date on a straight--line basis over a period of seven (7) years and continuing on each Second Supplemental Term Loan Principal Payment Date thereafter during the Second Supplemental Term Loan Amortization Period. All unpaid principal of the Second Supplemental Term Loan and accrued and unpaid interest thereon is due and payable in full on the applicable Maturity Date.
