Second Submittal. The second submittal shall consist of a written report documenting the items reviewed and stating a conclusion as to whether the stability and integrity of the primary structural support systems are in conformance with the requirements of the State Building Code. The report shall be affixed with the seal of the professional engineer (structural) licensed in the State of Connecticut. The second submittal shall also consist of a letter addressed to the State Building Inspector, including a summary statement indicating which structural aspects were reviewed and stating that the subject project is in compliance with the State Building Code.
