Second Partial Payment Sample Clauses

Second Partial Payment. Thirty (30) days prior to the beginning of the Occupancy Period for each Payload, LMCLS will be billed forty-five percent (45%) of the Service Fee applicable to that particular Payload plus any adjustments to the First Partial Payment required due to a change in the scheduled launch date subsequent to the effective date of the applicable Exhibit. The cumulative total of the First and Second Partial Payments will equal fifty percent (50%) of the applicable Service Fee.
