SECOND EVALUATOR Clause Samples

The 'Second Evaluator' clause designates a neutral third party to review or assess a particular issue, decision, or dispute if the initial evaluation is contested or inconclusive. Typically, this clause outlines the process for appointing the second evaluator, the scope of their review, and how their findings will be implemented or considered binding. By providing an additional layer of review, the clause helps ensure fairness and objectivity, resolving disagreements that may arise from the first evaluation and reducing the risk of bias or error.
