Common use of Second Distribution Clause in Contracts

Second Distribution. Immediately following the consummation of the transactions described in Section 2.8(b), ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇-▇▇▇▇▇ shall cause KCW to transfer to ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇-▇▇▇▇▇, as a dividend, all of its right, title and interest in and to the capital stock of Neenah.
