Second Block Charges. The Second Block Contract Demand Charge and the Second Block Energy Charge will increase or decrease uniformly with any base rate change authorized by the Commission that is applicable to Idaho Power’s Tariff Schedule 19T through the Embedded Date. After the Embedded Date, the Second Block Contract Demand Charge and the Second Block Energy Charge are subject to change and revision by order of the Commission.
