Second Amendment Date. This Second Amendment shall become effective on the date last signed (the "Second Amendment Date"). In addition, this Second Amendment and any waiver or modification hereto will only be effective if signed by the Area President of Purchaser (Or Purchaser's designee Vice President of Operations), and at least two (2) other officers of Purchaser.
