Second Amendment Arranger Sample Clauses

Second Amendment Arranger. The Borrower and the other Loan Parties agree that (a) the Second Amendment Arranger shall be entitled to the privileges, indemnification, immunities and other benefits afforded to the Lead Arrangers under the Existing Credit Agreement and (b) the Second Amendment Arranger shall have no duties, responsibilities or liabilities with respect to this Amendment, the Amended Credit Agreement or any other Loan Document.
