Second Additional Space Option Sample Clauses

Second Additional Space Option. Effective as of the fifth (5th) anniversary of the Rent Commencement Date (or such earlier date as may be provided under Section 30.7.5), Tenant may elect to add an Additional Space Installment, in a location and configuration and of a size as provided in Section 30.7.6 to the Premises by delivering to Landlord written notice of such election no later than, subject to the provisions of Section 30.7.5, the date nine (9) months prior to the fifth (5th) anniversary of the Rent Commencement Date.
